Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently we accept prepaid orders only — UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets, all processed through a secure checkout. COD isn't available yet, but it's on our roadmap as we scale. For now, prepaid orders are processed and shipped faster since there's no cash-verification step.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within [1-2] business days. Delivery typically takes: Jaipur & Rajasthan [2-3] business days, other metros [3-5] business days, rest of India [5-7] business days. You'll get a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9785790078 or email aavaranatlier@gmail.com with your order number.
Are any items final sale / non-returnable?
Yes — personalized/custom print items (like the "Only You" custom photo tee) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, since they're made specifically for you. All other items are marked clearly on the product page if final sale applies.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1500. Below that, a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout before you pay — no surprise charges.
Where are your products made?
Our tees are made in India — 240 GSM French terry cotton, bio-washed, with DTF prints, produced by manufacturing partners we personally vet in [city/region] for quality and fair labor practices.
What sizes do you carry, and how do I pick mine?
Our oversized tees run true-to-oversized in S–XL. Check the size chart on each product page — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a slightly less oversized fit. Still unsure? WhatsApp us at +91 9785790078 with your height/usual size and we'll recommend one.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also message us anytime on WhatsApp with your order number for a live update.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
